Uncertainty Reaching a Peak

With staff feeling completely vulnerable to imminent job cuts and greater levels of uncertainty than I have been ever seen, this slow long drawn out misery cannot be good for business. A stressed, demotivated staff who have spent most of this year awaiting bad news which is so slow and drawn out, even the most optimistic members of the company have begun to lose the will to keep motivated.

Employees are treated as burdensome overhead, thus the plummeting morale. This, coupled with the staggeringly confusing promotion of incompetent robots, will do nothing but drive RDS’ competitiveness gap further away from where they want to be. It’s a disgrace how far this company has fallen.

It was confirmed (but still being kept very quiet) there will be another round of SVS. Which countries will participate is not yet known.

Will there be SVS 2021?

Unlikely, it's only a matter of time now unless the boardfires Ben. Until they do the stock is continuing to decline
