Advice for Parsley employees grinding under the Eagle Ford regime. Bend the data and adjust the results to match what your managers want or you will be shown the door. You dont need integrity just kiss the ring and you will move up.
Maybe 2 years ago, they would’ve not left Austin, but in this economy and job market most will pick employment over Austin. I would say they would and would not even ask for relocation.
