Let's start with the ELT. They've proven again and again they are incapable of leading this company. So many bad decisions without any repercussions - that needs to stop! Then we need to get rid of a few completely unnecessary mid-management levels. We can save money and lose nothing in the process. Then we can start to turn this company back on the right path.

Not just VERP but pushing out the best, most competent, skilled, yet higher paid employees. That was perhaps the single most incompetent decision to date.
And then the company just went from "fine" to a horrible place to work that clients are hugely upset with and leaving in droves. It is the poster child for embarrassingly bad CEO decisions!

Yes, top to bottom! All the top execs need to be fired. And the cheap foreign labor and the useless whiny millennial labor need to be fired and never thought to hire those types of employees ever again. Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff style!
We need to call out the names of those management causing all the issues and urge or petition they be let go just like they terminated the employment of the best employees at ADP just because they were paid a little more because they were the good employees.
