I might hate this place, I might want out most of the time, but right now I'm just happy to have a job. A friend who worked for another company but a similar position as mine lost his job in May, and he is still looking for a replacement. And he is a good guy who knows his stuff, but still he can barely get an interview. So as much as I dislike this place, I'm not leaving any time soon. Everybody should consider this before jumping the gun.

True, Also don't work hard. If Juniper lays you off, you will get 3 months package and you apply for 100k job anywhere and time pass. Juniper management doesn't deserve any hard working employees.
