Have layoffs started or not? Somebody in another post mentioned they were laid off yesterday but I'm yet to hear anything official.

For those affected, how would you rate your experience with the company’s efforts to find you a new position?
Yep. Got notified yesterday around noon. Quick call with an HR person on the line with manager. Not that there’s ever a good time, but timing of this was especially poor as hiring for many other business units isn’t particularly solid at the moment. Add in the 9/80 schedule for so many groups and the already slow hiring process and you get the idea.

People at EBS got their layoff notices yesterday. About 250. Multiple sites.
