Thread regarding General Atomics layoffs

I'm still there and I've watched for years as supervisors scramble to look good for their manager and directors. Doesn't matter how often you point out the actual problems they ignore it and continue to do the same damn things. The place ignores new ideas like the plague. So many good people were let go only to leave lazy little petty sh–s controlling their little slices of nothing. It's amazing that this company has survived this long and managed to BS the government into buying their planes.
