Was anybody in the U.S. notified yesterday or is today the D-day???
Also somebody in another thread said this: "Rumor is that I’d you didn’t receive a mailer today about benefits for next year, you’re getting laid off"
Can anybody confirm this? If this is true, I'm screwed.
I got the mailer Monday and was laid off Tues.
The mailer rumor is not true.
Is the "mailer" thing turning out to be true?
If it's like Feb, it'll be based on the pay band. Most of the people cut were near the top of their pay bands and usually had seniority. A couple of people in my area who were on performance plans to improve for conduct or productivity were also shuffled into that layoff but it was mostly people who were at the max end of their pay band.
I heard a Director in Boston was let go today. 20 yrs seniority.

I highly doubt a mass layoff would be coordinated well enough to not send those being let go a flyer.
Can anybody confirm if it’s whole teams getting cut or individuals on teams like in feb?
I didn't get a mailer, in market management, so we will see how today goes.
