I know of one for sure , back as contractor.
I personally know two people that are now back after getting a package.
Its happening. Probably because they are considered contractors now. Just like everything else
Enbridge is doing....contracting out...its happening.
IF some come back on contract, that is likely due to PLs who failed to note their value during the ‘I dub you “not expendable” process’. Don’t blame the leaver.... question the process.
So if someone happens to be friends with a VP or has the ability to somehow benefit a VP, a double standard applies?
Former employees can come back within 2 years as long as a VP approves it.

Have heard the VWO contract makes recipients ineligible for rehire as FTE Or Contingent, (Contract), positions for a 2 year period?
Without divulging too much, please provide proof that those contracts are not being enforced for ALL That took the VWO option...
