Thread regarding Teradata Corp. layoffs

New TD jobs on LinkedIn, but they're in Mexico

I notice a few TD jobs in software development posted online but they're in Mexico. I've seen some position in RB, but I think they're for QA/Testing. Back in late 2019 and early 2020, I know that TD opened a small office in Tijuana, and there were probably 10-20 people. I wonder how many there are now.

By the way, I'm job hunting and some applications ask whether I signed an NDA or non-solicitation agreement with TD. I'm not sure if I did. How do I find out without going to HR or my manager?

The career site is legitimately down (3rd party tool) and the jobs from the career site are pushed to LinkedIn. Nothing to read between the lines there.

Wouldn't worry about the NDA. If all your experience is in a given industry, your former employer can't go after you for getting another job in the industry. Obviously you never want to share trade secrets because they can go after you for that.

I checked LinkedIn and it’s not showing any jobs. TD careers site is also not working... is it strange they’re both not working?

Depending on the state you live in non solicitation are not valid

Re NDA, you would have received a request to sign it. It’s usually requested for specific initiatives/projects. Re non-solicitation, check the contract you signed with TD when you were hired.
