Hi, I plan to give a 2-week notice with my last day of November 20. It’s no accident this will coincide with the RSU vesting date. Do you think there’s any chance they’d decide to move my last day up to avoid this? I work in a non-engineering function. Thanks.

Be careful. I have seen people force to leave in the spot especially if you refuse to tell them where your going or if you are dumb enough to tell them you are going to a rival
Wait until u vest. Give notice. Simple
When you give notice HR will ask where are you going. If you mention a competitor you may be terminated on the spot.
