So you can take all the FTO you want but you can only be sick 5 days a year. Such a crock.

Well sometimes a mental health day is needed,a qualifies as sick in my book.

I’ve stayed on because I got so much PTO and it made it almost worth it. I don’t have that excuse anymore. This new policy plus the pitiful merit increases will take care of the bloated head count. Which is what they want I think.
