The company have been lay-offing people since December of 2018. I am glad, i have made the right decision when I resigned and accepted a better career opportunity at Rady Children Hospital of SD.

Since December of 2018? LOL. You weren't with the company very long, were you? It's been going on so long that it is literally a tradition here, every year up until this one you could practically set your watch by layoffs. Anyway, congratulations on the better opportunity - have a wonderful and fruitful career!
