mDr came out of bankruptcy quickly because they had a quick source of cash - namely selling Lummus. Now the only business left that makes money is tanks. Hard to move to a new company, because the whole industry is in Covid-19 hiring-freeze mode. So we're stuck.

They wipe out shareholders and enrich themselves with 100mm in bonuses during a bankruptcy, and cut our meager cost of living raises we had coming.

Believe me , I have worked in any organization . This is the best org . There are not many employees turnover , good pay . They came out of bankruptcy in 6 months . It will take some time to get stability .. but we will be there !
Didn't the former CHRO mention an employee retention plan coming 4q this year before she was suddenly gone? Oh wait, we only get more worthless podcasts.
The morale is even worse than the performance.
The only thing picking up is more losses.
DD and his cronies have a solid stance,
after all, they are the worlds best bosses.
