That every time they have a round of cuts, the ELT secures a nice bump in their bonuses for themselves. The bigger the cost cuts the bigger their checks get. They are actively incentivized to cut as many people as they can. So is it any wonder then that that seems to be their only strategy in running this company?

Wait, the back pay doesn’t include the merit increases that were awarded and then delayed?
You know what bugs me? They sell Careport for over a billion dollars, claim they're gonna give back pay to those who took a pay cut .... and remember... only those making over 100k got a pay cut... (not me! I'm not worth that much to them), and those of us who had promotions this year are not getting their salary bump until January. So what bugs me is that I'm doing more work for less money. Again . While they swim in their stocks and cash i struggle to feed my damn family and am expected to work even harder for nothing. Again.
