Digital Messaging and Social Media call center Director and Senior Managers. Sups have high headcount while theirs stays the same. Go figure! And careful giving the Director any feedback. She will only inspect and disect everyone's work to make it another problem with micromanagement.

SM here, I do 3 jobs and earn my salary. GMs hate me because I’m a threat and make some of them look worthless. Don’t you wish you had me at your store. Ha!
Retail Ops Consultants. They have been trying to justify that job for years.
Agree we need free thinkings that get it done.. But we are too conservative of a company. An innovator with edger that challenges the way things are will never be allowed to make them what they need to be.
I find it very peculiar that management levels have not had a reduction in force. Head count is purposely down in retail stores and locations have closed. There are too many chiefs and not enough Indians in this company. I think it’s a matter of time before this bloat catches up with them.

Remove one role every other step.
Communication would improve down the entire pike. No more pitiful games of telephone. GM’s would finally have meaningful jobs with a workload and heck Verizon even pays more after every layoff.

DM/GM do nothing but talk on the phone all day and turn little problems and task into major pointless stuff. It's time for a new school of doing things and having go getters who go out and get stuff done. The days of waiting around and procrastinating are over. We need free thinker and go getters. Not people talking on the phone all day and having conference calls that could have been a email. Some of these calls are ridiculous what changed in a week they you need to talk out everyones numbers s—, employees are leaving left and right, and upper management is trying to justify there positions which is not needed.
