Yep, that's what happen when you push out the employees that were carrying the company for the past decade!
BTW, read the analyst reports on their forecast for ADP... it is scary bad.
the whole company needs an overhaul starting at the top. my gosh, what a freaking mess that Exec group has made of such a great company. It's like a war blew thru the company and just annilated it.

Layoffs? Of execs?? You do realize they are HIRING VPs right now, not FIRING them, like they should be!
"Next gen" is a total joke. I have seen under the covers and it is horrible. You can put paint on anything and make the biggest pile of schit look like a diamond but it is still a pile of dung.
ADP needs a major gutting of executives and a complete reboot with new outside leadership to stand any chance of getting back to former profitability. Next gen is just a pipe dream.
Let's face it. There are several id–ts in charge. They are all smoke and mirrors about the presentations but when the rubber hits the road for the people to implement, it fails. Clients are p-ss-d, employees are tired of being beat up from both sides, but yet there is nothing we can do. Epic failure.
