Nothing on layoffs , they should start with managers that are lazy and never get out of the office on get out for there lunch and leave...They are SALARY. Why do they leave early every Sat n Sunday at 4 or 4:30 pm. Weekends are the busiest, they need to be there , noT the key Carriers which most of the time do not do anything but cover there own department.. They need to earn that raise they got , not just have the title...They will become future Bass Pro managers never changing the trend ( .Lazy ).. Home office personnel please open your eyes , look what’s happening to our company,,,we are in a downward spiral...Make the change NOW...Put the right people in the right positions people that know employee ,customer skills and DO work..
