I had a girl my stylist who was stealing get escorted out the door by head of security and store manager. So they will escort you if you stole something. Most of the time they suspend you then call you 5 days later and let you go. They do that so you don’t start fights or cause gossip or let out a “ secret “ change in the company coming down the pike.
They do it because you don't work there anymore. Just to avoid any destruction of property or lingering around to spread bad news about you know who, huh.
If someone is escorted out it is done as a safety precaution. Wonder if they gt violent and made a threat.
