Milby is a dump, run by a bunch of incompetent racists. Had better reliability when we were doing bare minimum repairs out of southyard and sending the bulk of our work to temple. This is what u get when you promote prior union f@#$ ups to management positions. They allow their incompetence to spread to the work force while they work to promote their useless buddies to exempt positions also, like their two favorite relief guys at milby.
