Concho is All PB and a very transparent acquisition unlike APC.
It would have fit Oxy perfectly!
Ryan is a credible guy.
COP following OXY, XOM, CVX and others down the rabbit hole / Ponzi Scheme of the shale plays.
Why does anyone give any credence to the CEO’s and EC’s of major O&G companies?
They are sheep who follow each other to the slaughter.
The start of the downfall is when they started calling themselves “leaders” when they weren’t even competent managers.
Not a single one of them has earned their compensation over the past 3-4 years or more.

Some companies are mature companies who have their stuff together and wait for the right moment and price.
