I had a associate coworker who noticed her sale supervisor and sales manager wasn’t doing anything to help the dept improve. The entire dept kept getting worse and zero help was offered by sales supervisor or her manager. This went on for over a year till this person wrote to corporate on how things are really going. Now here is your ground troop seeing the lack luster leadership and how “ managers” don’t do much. The corporate thanked her and a month later my coworker was pulled off the floor by lp and was terminated. Moral of the story is. If your garden has weeds. And you notice them. And you speak up. The lawnmower runs you over. The weeds win !

All weeds will soon rot themselves!
Sometimes it's very difficult to point out the weeds, but others sacrifice fir us and she did the right thing. She is not alone because of experience, however it's retaliation which can vibe difficult to prove. It takes a lot to prove but can help others in the end. Sorry the evil click prevailed but glad she spoke up. That takes courage and what they call "guts". Maybe I'll meet her one day.
