300 individual contributors gone, and all of the managers stayed. Math seems funky to me.

At least 1 mgr gone in MCO and supervisors gone or repurposed there as well.
Fire the competent and replace them with useless repurposed people that will take 1 to 2 years to be somewhat useful. The pxd way!
When they move a managers department to LCO but yet they stay in Midland is a bad deal while others were not given an option is unethical.
I am surprised how many people disagreed with the fact that almost all managers got to keep their jobs. Looks like there are lots of managers on this website.
ConocoPhillips buying pxd makes more sense. Concho has too much debt
Chevron bought Nobel
Devon bought WPX
ConocoPhillips buying Concho
Exxon will buy PXD
Of course they are still there. Somebody has to tell the employees what the result of their analysis should be before they do the work.
Someone is long pxd. $200 basis as well?
Exxon is taking over 75% of those managers will be gone
Well yes in I longer work for pioneer. It’s been exactly a week. Not sure in your department but I my department all managers survived and we had to many of them going into the layoffs. I am sure it is department based but mostly everyone I spoke to in other teams in lco had the same experience.
You have no idea what you're talking about, and you are clearly not a PXD employee.
