Thread regarding Accenture layoffs

The brand launch: Let There Be Change

I dunno about this new rebranding thing "Let There Be Change" but I am split of the reality and the future of the situation Accenture is in to now. I am for optimistic developments but on the other side.. there are people that were unsure of their future careers. If I may give kudos to..it's their Marketing but there needs to be a reality check. Behind the Millenial, new, swaggy look, there are still uncertainties.

It's not really a tag line. It's a subliminal message to "Tell" the masses that "There will be change..." as they continue to push out Managers and above that are not a part of the millionaire power founder base for any reason the choose to suck More money up into their pockets....too old, underperformed, don't like, because they want to....because they overspent on the GMC...on and on. Be prepared folks....it happens when you least expect it, in th worst way. If you are ver 45 now, you are on a special list and no matter how well you performed or who in the company wants to hire you after your role has been eliminated, the greedy bull dogs and HR will hunt you down and say "nooooo," you can't stay and chase you out the door by 5.

Let’s fire 25K+ people and blame it on them as under-performers (which is not the case for many and bias is heavily involved in the Performance Achievement process for fact despite the token HR diversity bias hall monitor being present in meetings), and then let’s roll out a new tag line “Let there be change!” Do we think Julie came up with that all by herself or paid the agency for the tag line? Personally, I think the tag line falls flat.

Very Biblical tag line. So it’s God allowing the change to happen? Or is it the algorithm? ACN absolving themselves again.
