Breaking News! Merit Increases are pathetic again! Don't forget they value us!

Same Bull Sh&t Raise different year. If you have not gotten your increase don't get excited because it will be a joke. Thanks Management and Executive Management for being so rewarding to your employees. Maybe all of you will be cut in the next RIF and we can consider that the best merit increase ever. Stone's tightwad puppets will do as he says as they are only worried about themselves and not anyone else at all.

No way this organization can continue to stay in business. They treat employees like abused slaves and make impossible demands. There are few clients. They treat clients as bad as employees.

How is it they can let go 600+ employees the end of February and they still cannot give out some kind of decent merit increase. DST/SS&C S_UCKs and so do all upper management. I hope all you can't sleep at night you S_ck A__ess.

Shout out to all those who have been promoted the past few years, and haven't gotten a raise at all. No merit increases, no increase because of your promotion. That's some sh-t isn't it?

Stone Man S_cks along with all his directors. They will soon lay you off like they have to 65% of the past DST employees. Doesn't matter how good of worker you are it is all about money and age. You make a decent salary and are in your late 40's or older your out of there sooner or later. Just hope that some day all the evil people who work there and made it to director and are A_sh_les get canned before you.

Stoneman's raking in a comfortable 21 million yearly salary. Saddly he is only worth 2 billion , next layoff will get stoneman to 23 mill salary.

By the time next merit review comes I will have gone over 4 years without a pay rise... I've never had a 0% pay rise in almost 20 years before joining here!

Don't forget SS&C likely got millions of dollars from the first big stimulus back in March. I wonder where all that $ went to. It sure wasn't passed on to the valued employees. I will be surprised it DST/SS&C exist in Kansas City 5 years from now. Work your 40 hours a week and not one minutes more.

And the funny thing is, they'll blame the pandemic for their hardships - which couldn't be further from the truth. How about blaming the leadership and the constant shellgame they play with the money to pretend like the company is doing well.

Also very rough handing out merit increases to all your associates, then turn around and be told as a manager “you’re an asset, but there are no merit increases for your level.”

Indeed, it's like they want to drive off the remaining stragglers, they want you to quit and go elsewhere. They double EBITDA, and give those st&pid enough to stay a 1% merit increase. Jokes on them though. A lot of us are just riding this thing down!
