I used to work for Travelport. I talked to my previous co-worker and they have been layoff. They will be to work to early December 2020. Travelport is a sinking ship. I would not recommend anyone working there.

Layoffs are the only thing Travelport has been able to do with any consistency, and with the B- and C players added to SLT to join the re-treads, it would be foolish to expect anything else. They have been circling the train for a while now, and COVID may finally put them out of their misery.
Some sort of transaction is likely in order for Elliott et al to recover what they can, but betting on Travelport to rise from the ashes is a s—er's play.
