I think it's been made clear to all of us there's no future at Salesforce for anybody who's a hard worker but who refuses to kiss the right behind. I'm sad to say this, but this place has turned into a nest of nepotism and cronyism - and anybody who's not a part of that circle can forget about getting ahead or even having any kind of job security. As soon as I can, I'm leaving.

Not surprise - there are people who refuses to see the reality. That said, benefit wise it is very good
Well said! What’s happening in this company is described here: https://www.brightworkresearch.com/enterprisesoftwarepolicy/2019/01/31/how-indian-it-workers-discriminate-against-non-indian-workers/
This is the destiny for all “great” companies. The problem usually stemming from nepotism/favoritism within middle management and tends to grow large in number. This makes it hard to assess which middle manager is actually good or kisses arse. Execs won’t do anything since they’re too scared to destabilize an ecosystem that works leaving the people at “the bottom” to watch the cards fall. This is truly consistent with the Ohana way because, in HI, this reigns quite supreme if you’re not a local or native.
