Lie after lie from our esteemed leader VH - She cant lie straight in her own bed at night

No genuine attempt at a merger - LOXY are walking all over LAPC and all of the announcements are LOXY personnel being slotted into roles that are incapable of filling

OP, you complain and yet you continue to work at Oxy. Says a lot about you. What a loser you are. Your family must be so embarrassed by you.
@rnr, exactly Oxy style. All reorg and major decisions over the past 4 to 5 years were “go with flow hope for best”, no one thought through the details, lack of consideration about consequences, didn’t understand the meaning of calculated risk.

But this is the Oxy way. Sometimes it works out like Ultura and Elk Hills and sometimes it doesn’t. It is similar to rolling the dice in Vegas.
it is simple to explain if you know the Oxy of VH. The plan is “Play by hear”. Technically NO plan! Just go with the flow and hope for the best. This was not a thoughtful acquisition. It was a k–l pill deviled engineered

There are more consequences to Oxys behavior and staff evil than can ever be realized. The perfect example of everything wrong with people that could possibly BE wrong.
