FMC Lawsuit

It won't be long until FMC OWNS Dril-Quip. A US federal judge has issued a work stoppage injunction for theft of FMC's intellectual property on it's tree design. See the Form 8-K issued recently by DQ.

Couldn't happen to a nicer company. For years DQ have been getting above their station and thinking they are some sort of big player but the truth is they are just like one of the many small skid marks on the CEO's y-fronts fighting all the other little skid marks for a stronger position. Hope they get hit hard and the board sack those pair of id–ts at the top.

Hearing DQ (US) are in big trouble over this and they will not be allowed to manufacture the trees or jewellery costing the company millions. I hope the 3 stooges aren't banking on Aberdeen to help dig them out of this after the way they treated employees there. No way they will get people back there under current management.

I doubt it's true that there is any massive contract heading to Dyce but if there is I just want to leave a reminder of what the 3 stooges think of Aberdeen when they start panic hiring because they decimated the operation in Aberdeen

Can’t see any ‘massive’ contracts going there way any time soon. Not unless they’ve practically bought a pipe one. No customer in there right mind would put anything big Dqs way that relys on houston to deliver.

There is no one in Dyce to do massive contracts and there is no chance on earth that they will get anyone to go and work for them.
