ELT has made sure to create such horrible work conditions and work environment that they have no need for more than an occasional small layoff. People are leaving on their own in droves. Attrition on my team is atrocious, and I know it's like that throughout the company.
ELT is cutting costs by getting rid of people while saving on severance. Brilliant strategy, when you think about it. Immoral as well, but nobody cares about that when it comes to business.
What is our strategy to win Versus just wish and hope the new hire posses some magic that others did not. What businesses are we emphasizing and which are we not? Where are we making investments? How will we turn our financials? All normal questions but few answers, communication are terrible.

Curious comment about data center bills.
Never heard of ELT, but I'm sure it is some fraudelent scheme Conduent has it's rotten paws into.
Conduent is saving a lot of money in other areas too:
Not paying for software licenses
Not paying for Internet Connections
Continuing to close/shrink office locations
I'm waiting for the power to be shut off in the data centers for non payment.
All of these savings are going to Skelton and his Fiserv Friends and he has a lot of them it seems as yet another is brought onboard the sinking ship every few days.
