With the MLB post season playing the championship series at Minute Maid with fans (mostly in suites)... does Oxy have the gaul to send anyone to the suite?

And when was the last time VH was asked how much severance or cost cutting could happen if we got rid of our huge sign and our secondary sign and all sponsorships at Minite Maid.

@csy yes then I feel just like the abused wife who says "at least my husband provides for the family" and I am diminished as a person. You cannot excuse the mental and emotional abuse dished out by oxy management to its employees. I've learned that whenever I have to say to myself "Thank God I have a job" in order to keep going in the morning I am in a bad situation. There are better places to work out there. Time to hatch an escape plan.
With the condition that the company is in there should a massive house cleaning based on function and performance not politics.

Companies that make stupid decisions like Oxy are forcing this "thank God you have a job" mindset, while others are doing as well if not better despite the pandemic.
Remember, the reason you aren't getting a bonus, lost salary for part of the year and have a 401k that got wrecked is because of Oxy leadership. That's it.
I don't expect to get a pay raise or bonus for 2020 because I have a job in these times. The job and working from home are my bonus. You would have to be a fool to expect either no matter how hard you work. As for the sign it might be they have a contract they can't get out of. Stop looking for reasons to complain and be glad you have a job to put food on the table, insure your family and yourself, etc.
What you expect will happen and what is happening are two different things. One of them is not really happening.
The Minute Maid contract should not be renewed. Oxy does not sell retail oil and gasoline so what is the point in advertising. No amount of advertising will pump up the stock price now. If the big sign is being done for recruiting try making good corporate decisions to attract talent.
Do you expect or will you get a 2020 bonus or expect an annual raise? If not then I am pretty sure you are getting paycut from 2019 comp.
Premium adverts / sponsorships and suites ain't cheap. I am sure it could have covered many of our bonuses or even our cost of living adjustment.
