We were told in the last town hall that we would not be getting the back pay. Like it or not, I believe it is clear that we will NOT be getting any of that “missed salary”. We have also been told that we will not be getting any raises for performance in 2020. Raises for performance in 2019 is still on the plate to be effective 1/1/2021 (if you happen to still be here). No one likes any of this but we have no voice in the matter. Management has made it clear that all of this is our contribution to being “All In”. Whatever...we not “All In” by choice.
