Do you honestly think that if your pay gets cut it will ever go back to its original amount? Honestly? What ELT is trying to do now has nothing to do with preventing layoffs and everything to do with finding a way to cut pay of people who they can't lay off that easily - longterm! It's a perfect setup for them, a win-win. They either win in cutting pay of everybody, including union employees, or they get to lay off a whole bunch of people while they make the union seem like the bad guy. S—s for us, but it's true.

Flight attendants will be the ones causing the layoffs cause they are greedy. Bunch of bums. Go get a real job and keep southwest the only airline that is handling the downfall the right way and looks good to the public.
