I used to love my job and now it's turned into a constant source of stress and worry. Job security doesn't exist at Comcast anymore. Even if you survive a round of cuts, you can never consider yourself safe because everybody knows that the next one is right around the corner. It's really sad to see what this place has turned into...

Huge portion of the business Salesforce is on performance plans, disproportionate account and turf distribution to friends of management. You have a few connected people making ridiculous money and the majority suffering, this is not “pay for performance”, this is “pay to play” and “who you know”. People are talking about class action.

Soooo many outsourced jobs abroad, terrible for the US workforce.
Seems like there is not much commitment to the USA at Comcast, company preaches diversity and inclusion and then lays off thousands of minorities only to outsource abroad. Quite hypocritical
Take control of your career and leave Comcast. I did and it’s the best decision I’ve made in years. There are much better companies to work for.
