Can anybody tell me what is our long term strategy? What is the leadership hoping to achieve not in the next month or for the next quarterly report, but for the next five or ten years? To me, it seems like they are steering the company with no direction in mind, just hoping to stay afloat for as long as they can keep patching many, many holes in the ship. Tell me how I’m wrong?

I wonder if PB, LK, and RP manage their personal finances the same way they manage their Corporate ones.
I think there is a long term strategy. The first part you have seen, buying companies like a drunken sailor on shore leave. The continual layoffs, not bothering even to announce when there is a layoff, doubling a tripling your workload, and telling people there won't be raise next year is all part of the machiavellian strategy. They want people to quit so they can save money both on salary and payouts. They bet you won't quite because of COVID. Anyone remember this strategy started BEFORE covid. Covid was a lucky scapegoat. Then you take each piece of the company and carve it up and sell each off for intellectual properties.

Their direction was a pyramid scheme to buyout companies and pretend to do stuff to raise the stock price and it is all crashing down.
