Morale is horrible! I feel like everyone is walking of egg shells. Management is making people feel anyone can go next and we should be thankful we weren’t let go! I will be putting in my 2 weeks notice in next week... I don’t want to work in a place like this!

I’m putting my two week notice this Monday found a job back home in Florida. Time to leave this mess of a company/State for greener pastures!
We are constantly reminded how lucky we are to have a job. My manager actually told me “don’t know if I can say you next time” - if that isn’t a hint to find a new job I don’t know what is? I started dropping resumes today!
Things are definitely changing for some. People I have never seen work before are only taking 10 breaks a day instead of the usually 20. But in the end management will get rid of anyone they feel threaten by
Morale and the company that once was a good place to work for is no longer - i was one of the 630 laid off a few weeks ago and i have gear that i had to get because the company required it. i just found out i need to turn in my gear to a military base that is two hours away. To and from would be 4 hours!!!! I asked if they will provided me with driving expense and was told rudely they they do not provide that to employees anymore. As for them acting this way its because they are trying to further Trim the number of workers before Jan 2021. Good Luck to those still working at GA, especially in the High Desert!
