Southwest in order to avoid layoffs asks employees to take a 10% pay reduction to avoid layoffs and return to full pay in 2022. Why doesn’t United do that or have Scott pay for pay roll instead of tax payers?
Why should the American people pay for United staff to collect a check while other people in different professions do not get a full check?

Only at United can a flight attendant have a crime record, rehab history, get fired for stacking trips, having affairs with pilots and get rehired and get the government to pay her bills.
When I first flew Southwest, I thought the flight was inferior. After a few times, a realized the attendants have much better attitude than the entitled United attendants. Probably the larger, older union.
