So far we have been so lucky working at a company that values its workforce, but this time I’m not sure we can dodge this bullet.
Don’t get me wrong, I think Kelly's plan is really good and I have no doubt the agreement with the unions will be reached, but I’m afraid that no plan is good enough to overcome the new circumstances in this sector without making huge sacrifices.
Hope I’m wrong, but I’m afraid this time layoffs will be imminent.

Layoffs will happen eventually so might as well just bite the bullet. You will never get any reductions in pay or benefits back regardless of what management tells you. Ask your brothers and sisters at AA, Delta, or United. Full pay until the last day!
