The best gauge of sentiment is Slido questions. Your employees just gave you a 2-year contractor study for free.
Corporate executives don't care about insights. They already know what they need to know because they are corporate executives. Reading something like that would only trigger thoughts and create doubts in what they are doing, which is to be avoided at all costs. I am serious.
Not sure about "Dallas" Corporate but I can say for certain that this site is considered an "external benchmark" that HR/talent management people look at to gauge sentiment
