We’ve all heard the saying “c-ap rolls downhill” and it’s so true when it comes to management decisions. The repercussions of those decisions usually end up being costly mistakes that the workers eventually pay for. We’ve seen it all, no salary raises, no promotions, layoffs... Basically, what we have in the current management team is a lot of individuals who will BS their way to get as far as they can without adding any real value to the company.

Just start asking for volunteers for severance and watch you do not get crushed in the rush for the exit
@jlm no kidding. Somehow the messaging has gotten through so perverted that people think it is a bad thing to collect social security and other benefits. Things that we are owed because we paid into them.
At the end of the day, after all the pomp and show and screaming about the benefits, they'll quietly cash their checks.
Nothing says hypocrisy like Alabama. Voting to cut benefits and simultaneously being entirely dependent on them.
@byx+17h3m9mq Just remember, that's your money. Many of us paid up front and we deserve as much as we can get. That's why it should infuriate all of us when people cheat on their taxes.
Very true, without regards of who they step on the way to their higher (or if their bad, retaining their) position. Sometimes it’s best to just get laid off from such a company and the sooner the better. Things are slowly picking back up, and after these elections, it will be full steam ahead. Don’t let Oxy’s bad decisions weigh you down.
& hardly No 401K Left....
