Juniper Bonuses

Most if not all of Juniper employees are nitwits, a–holes and cornholers. The statement can be extended further to describe that Juniper managers, directors and above up to CEO are baastards.

I would ask Juniper board to stop paying bonuses to Juniper employees rather increase the dividend to $0.4 per quarter.

One b@@$Atard mentioned he is seeing cash deposit every two weeks. But the managers cut money from other low-level hard-working employees and filling their pockets. All these a$$holes must be laid off.

Thank you for confirming your identity. People makes noise for sure because what you mentioned is Practically impossible @Juniper. Few years back, my boss caught peopple for missing stupid 100% code coverage deadline and cut bonuses and RSus and 50% people left. Now, if people are spending time for code coverage, where are the new initiatives for projects and ideas. I am happy that I am not part of that mess any more.

Yes I am one of those corn-holders. I can’t believe it when I see that cash deposit in my checking account every 2 weeks. Such an easy gig. The skill is to not get bogged down in the silly meetings. Just stay away. And you need to have a good sense when you here a new initiative to know it’s going to fail so you don’t waste your time on it for 9 months. You just need to do a few good, simple things to every single quarter. It can be quite fulfilling AND financially secure rewarding. Now if all the nitwits would just stop making noise and fabricating useless projects we’d all be better off.

You are correct. Actually, upper management must not receive any bonuS OR ANY ADDITIONAL stocks.
Also, dividends must be paid to non-exec shareholders only.
Only Sr staff and below must receive. I agree with you, wrote the initial one in a hurry.

Are you a investor at Juniper or employee? Care to explain more on your thoughts on no bonus?

Upper mngt has lot of stocks who ll get huge payout from stock appreciation from divided. What's in it for well performing lower level employees? Are you targeting even the current performing staff to leave.
