Name names! If you don’t call out the clicks, nobody will know them. Disney is supposed to be a free speech workspace. Call out management and their kiss a– cast members.
I was cut yesterday from WDI Glendale, once again just like the furlough the Managers just kept their little favorites. The decision should be left to someone who is competent. My manager runs the dept. like its 3rd grade, very clickey. Her decision was based on who she likes personally not who is the best worker. Its Sad, WDI has always been like this, alots of little Hitlers running the show.
