Allstate is trying to get rid of their agency model. Over 2000 agencies are for sale as they continue to take money from agents. Unless you work for CCC- their centres and do sales and service for all products- you basically have no chance of getting more. It’s ridiculous.
It's not layoffs, it's downsizing departments forcing people to take lower paying jobs or leave. Just a different way to do it for PR purposes. Ask about the OT without being paid. Search the lawsuits there.
