First fire all the bag carriers. Executives at Emerson are so dependent on those so called strategic planners, a 1980s practice that is so outdated. Only Emerson is still living in the 80s while the rest of the world are living in 2020.

The issue is Product and Innovation. Since the new management globally we are going down. Incompetence at its best causing layoffs.

The SAP teams across the various AutoSol groups laid off the majority of their staff yesterday. But that was known for about 6 weeks, since those teams did KT with the company that's replacing our SAP support teams.

Layoffs in Q1 FY2021 for Exploration & Production Software (2017 Paradigm purchase) in 2 phases.
Immediate cuts followed by more cuts by end Q1.
New jobs in "best cost centers" = US jobs going to be replaced by cheap labor in India and Russia.
