Getting to 8% EBIT in Smart Mobility?

So this is what Farley says he is going to do (can we ever talk about what we've done????).
I want to know what the plan is to have 8% EBIT from the Smart Mobility group.........(crickets).

EIBT is nice, but the "one time" costs that get subtracted when getting to the bottom line might not be so "one time".

Costs so far exceeding a $Billion per year, meaning to be a "product" with 8% EBIT, revenue must exceed $12.5 Billion. How is Smart Mobility going to do that any time soon? With all the failed projects and acquisitions, how will Smart Mobility, quoting Farley, "Drive decisions through vehicle and customer data..reduce costs and address underperforming businesses." "Customers will not pay for waste. Bottom line: Our goal is to improve revenue, margin, free cash flow and our brand image every year.”

Ignoring the fact that Smart Mobility has next to no revenue, can anyone point to ANY data-driven software solutions created by Ford for sale to customers?

8% EBIT is possible this year as volumes are down due to idle plants and less incentives are needed because there is less product to move. This is true industry-wide.

Next year will ugly.

This is c-ap. It will never happen. Ford will never catch up with Tesla. Ford used to laugh at Tesla and was too arrogant to take them seriously. Ford is a losing company on its way to bankruptcy.
