I started with the company part time as I worked my way through college. The culture was never ideal, but it was certainly better than what we have now. Not to mention, morale is nothing to brag about. The sad thing is we have management that exacerbates the situation, instead of leading by example. There is an endless supply of drama and negativity and while I enjoy what I do here I wish there were some major changes at the store level to make it more pleasant.
