Lance Fritz would throw Harry Bellefonte under a bus to save himself.
I'd like to know why himself, board members, or the investors haven't addressed how or why the company got the the worst employer rating in North America. He's has said many times about being transparent, but no one has seen it. He said the UP wouldn't be doing PSR. 9 or 10 months later the UP is doing PSR. We all knew PSR meant layoffs were coming. What we were never told is how many. Every article that came up either said an "unspecified number" or said nothing. How is that being transparent? I gave up watching or listening to him. He's a joke of a CEO. He hasn't done anything for his employees except deceive them, lie to them, and hurt them. That's only transparency I've seen so far.
None of which means anything.
His approval rating was actually back down to 7% as of 7am this morning.
Lance, we all know you’re not a “superhuman special dude.” Ask anybody that works at UP.
This guy has an 8% approval rating for a company that was voted the worst company in America to work for. Fundamental disconnect is putting it lightly.
