Any one know how shareholders can sue Looney and his Board for ruining and company and destroying the stock price?

Have you looked at the rest of the oil industry? BP’s stock price is dropping but they aren’t dropping nearly as bad as many other companies.

Second only to insuring safe operations the primary job of a CEO is to maintain and improve share price. Wondering what ranking Looney deserves.

As much as the new strategy is questionable and other major issues in the organization related to the restructure the price is slightly worse than others in the space.

2-3 years from now is a different story...

I'm not sure you can do that. The majority of the shareholders will have to take action and overwhelm the ones who want BP to move in this direction.
