What’s it look like at your location how many manager to how many workers? 1-4, 1-6 what’s the going ratio? seems like the company is over managing itself wonder if they’ll finally start chopping the management staff or if they’ll just keep wasting money.

That’s $1.5 million for 13 slugs.
FTW has a mechanical director, senior manager, and mechanical manager 1 for 13 Carmen. Over half a million dollar of salaries to babysit 13 slugs.
Two managers for 90 employees
Sorry you’re* for the grammar police just realized my mistake
Everyone slow clap for @wrl+17 they win the best pointless comment of this post award. Seems like the OP was trying to get an idea out there that everyone knew, they complain about money and then have a shop like Desoto with 24 managers watching 36 people. They pay management at least 80k so your telling me it cost $1,920,000 dollars to employ 24 people to manage 36 employees that screams mismanagement to me.
That's the idea. Cut jobs, then have a lot of managers chase you around with a stick to do the extra work from the people they furloughed.
24 managers, 16 carman, 10 laborers and 10 maintenance at Desoto. 24 bosses for 36 workers.... seems legit
Too many useless managers acting like they know what they’re doing.
Our managers are definitely heavy
