What kind of selection criteria will be used as we go into Advisory layoffs?

It's Big 4 Corporate America - process is as follows:
(A) How much $ do you bring us? If you leave, or we kick you to the curb, and go to a client (or the competition) and go to the competition how much $ will we lose?
(B) How much do we like you? Do we snicker under our breaths when you walk in the office and say thank god when you go home? Do we overwork you just for the f— of it?
(C) Are you hot? Especially if you are female?
(D) How much a– do you kiss? Do you have enough of our signature brown makeup on your nose? The more you have the better your chances of us keeping you!
(E) Will it cost us to eliminate you? Do you have a legitimate lawsuit we can't smash out if sued? If so, we will bear it and keep you.
