A year later and still no raise. No reduction in total compensation for PB, though.

We had meeting this week with management explaining that 2020 PMRPs will be done as usual but there will be no compensation changes associated with them. Increases that normally would have occurred in April 2020 should still happen in Jan 2021. Also told there was no formal plan in place for those that typically qualify for bonuses.
Not holding my breath for that raise from 4/2020!

Second time today I heard about no raises in 2021but have seen zero evidence (no email no updates from my boss). If there was an email, how about a screenshot? To be fair, I wasn't expecting one anyways once they pushed 2019 raise to 2021. Did one really think a company bleeding money would give two raises in one year?
